Single-storey house of 115 m² in Preveza, entirely in CLT (XLAM Dolomiti, approx. 27 m³). Bright, high-ceilinged shell, designed to harmonize with the natural environment.

The masonry was erected in 14 hours (approx. 1.5 working day) and the glulam roof of Austrian origin in 2 days. Rothoblaas joints, FIBRANgeo thermal facade and PEFC / EPD / CE EN 16351 / ETA / ARCA CasaClima certifications.
