CLT Greece is a focused mass timber team working on CLT villas, timber homes and engineered wood projects in Greece, with a strong focus on Lefkada and the Ionian Islands.

Project direction: We work on high-standard projects such as residences, villas and selected tourist investments. We are not talking about "cheap prefabs", but organized industrial off-site production, with the possibility of delivering a shell (engineered shell) or full delivery of a building (turnkey), where requested.

Our work sits between architecture, engineering, manufacturing and delivery. We help clients understand whether CLT is the right system, define a serious scope, coordinate the technical process and deliver a documented timber structure.

Our absolute expertise in CLT (engineered mass timber) significantly reduces construction risks: fewer improvisations, fewer coordination failures and non-negotiable technical consistency.

We don't do "a little CLT" and "a little heavy construction". Only mass timber, and that translates into deeper knowledge, less risk and a better result.

CNC/BIM factory precision
Each panel is produced based on a digital model (BIM) with millimeter precision CNC cuts. This translates into fewer site fixes, a clean finish and a predictable schedule.
Industrial off-site production

Protective shell as a system
Waterproofing / airtightness / thermal insulation / sound insulation designed as a single system (Ionian-ready), not as separate tasks that "sit" on top of each other.

Technical file & traceability
We deliver complete technical property documentation: specifications, data sheets, declarations/certifications and maintenance guide. This improves the technical image of the property in insurance/financing procedures and can work positively for its resale value.
